Beautiful property, recently renovated with charming decor and attention to details. Lovely, knowledgeable staff. Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Stunning location, not too far from tourist areas but not in the middle of the action.

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the famous Calle Serrano shopping area and the beautiful garden area. We were able to explore the city and enjoy the convenience of being close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a stunning view of the garden. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of choices to start our day off right.
The fitness center could benefit from the addition of some resistance bands for a more well-rounded workout.

The location of the hotel is truly exceptional. Enjoy a delightful dinner surrounded by the beautiful gardens, which are well maintained and provide a serene atmosphere. Additionally, this hotel is conveniently located near all the main sights and attractions of the city, allowing you to easily explore everything Madrid has to offer.
There were some private events taking place during my stay, which did affect the overall ambiance of the hotel.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury in the heart of the city. the room I stayed in was spacious, with high-quality furnishings throughout, and exclusive amenities that made my stay even better. the bar/lounge area was cozy and had a great ambiance, perfect for an evening drink. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, with beautiful architecture and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive to my needs.
Although it was beautifully landscaped, there were not enough comfortable seating options, which made it difficult to enjoy the space fully.
